1. Refunds will only be allowed before fishing starts. NO refunds after 1:00 pm.
2. No ice augers allowed in the fishing area. Holes will be pre-drilled.
3. Only the first prize is guaranteed. All other prizes are based on the number of entries.
4. Only one fishing line/rod per angler; but, anglers may go from hole to hole.
5. In case of a tie, the first fish weighed in will win the higher prize.
6. No ice fishing huts/shacks allowed.
7. Participants must stay out of the fishing area until the siren sounds at 1 pm. Participants may line up anywhere on the perimeter of the fishing area prior to the siren sounding.
8. Fishing will start a 1:00 pm sharp and end at 5:00 pm.
9. The weigh station will close at 5:00 pm. Any fish caught after 5:00 pm will not be accepted. Anyone in line at the weigh station at 5 pm will have their fish weighed.
10. All fish must be in a water filled container (tub, cooler, pail) when weighing-in fish. Participants may borrow/use other angler's containers to weigh fish.
11. All fish will be released after weighing. Only if there is some doubt about the weight given its size, will the fish be gutted and checked.
12. All other fish that are not eligible for a prize must be released back into the water.
13. No motorized vehicles inside the fishing area, such as; snowmobiles, ATV’s, trucks, etc.
14. Participants must enter the main derby to enter the Side-Bet.
15. No entry deadline.
16. All Participant's containers will be checked for fish before entering the fishing area.
17. No age limit on participants.
18. Anyone caught cheating or breaking the rules as listed above will be disqualified.
19. Any decision by the fish derby committee is final.

Upon Registering and Paying the Entry Fee, You Agree to the Following Terms & Conditions
"It is a condition of your participation in the Stanley Mission Fish Derby, that you acknowledge that the Stanley Mission Radio Communication Committee, the Stanley Mission Band, or any of its officers, elected officials or employees, will not be responsible for accident, injury, loss or damage however caused, and by your participation in this event, that you release the Committee, Stanley Mission, its officers, staff and employees, from all claims, damages, actions, losses and expenses, that may arise as a result of any accident, injury, loss or damage to any participant, notwithstanding that said injury, loss or damage may have been caused or contributed by the Committee, Stanley Mission, or its staff and employees."
